Xcaret replies with your personal magic link. Check spam, and if a few days go by with no link, call.

Book early
Open the link and reserve. Popular spots like Las Cuevas and Monarca fill up fast.
Contact Guest Services. Email or call directly with your reservation details.
Have your booking and hotel confirmation number handy when you call.
