Please read this complete member agreement ("Agreement") for the full terms and conditions of the Roomongo, Inc (formerly @TravelDeals) Rewards Program.
The Roomongo Rewards Program (“Program” or “Rewards Program” or “Roomongo Cash Back Program") allows members to earn cash back on hotel bookings completed via the Roomongo hotel search/booking tool found on the following websites: https://roomongo.com. It does not cover bookings made with outside companies, even if advertised or showcased on Roomongo.
Participation and membership in the Program, including all earnings and rewards from the Program, are subject to these terms and conditions.
Black Friday Promotion Terms and Conditions:
To qualify for the Black Friday promotion - you must join our rewards program and book your hotel on Roomongo.com by November 30, 2017, 11:00pm EST, for travel through October 31, 2018. With the promotion, you will automatically be upgraded to our Diamond Status in our Rewards Program. This will entitle you to receive 6% cash-back with all completed bookings on Roomongo.com. Additionally, you will earn a one-time credit voucher of $50 - from one of either Southwest Airlines or Lyft. We may add additional options during the course of the promotion. Deal available for online reservations only.
Minimum booking of $100 is required to qualify for the promotion, and a Maximum of one gift card per booking and one gift card per person. Roomongo reserves the right to discontinue the program at any time, without notice.
Redemption Information: You must choose your gift card during the booking process. The gift card will be sent to the email address registered with the booking.

Program & Membership
By enrolling as a member in the Program, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please be aware that participation as a member, along with the Program and the opportunity to earn Cash Back, are offered at the sole discretion of Roomongo. Additionally, Roomongo reserves the right to change or cancel the Program in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. You should always reference this Terms & Conditions document for changes to the Program.
Joining the Roomongo Rewards Program is optional and therefore not required to book with Roomongo, but it is required in order to earn rewards. Enrolling as a member is simple and free, and requires only your valid email address and a password. Once you've joined, we do ask for additional profile information for the purpose of Cash Back payments and also to make the booking process easier, and at times for internal marketing campaigns.
Membership and subscription to our deals email newsletter are two entirely different programs. To ensure you're registered as a member, log-in either before booking or check the appropriate box upon your first booking. Members can only access their accounts via our subdomain - roomongo.com.
You must be 18 years of age to enroll as a member and to earn benefits with the Rewards Program. You also agree not to use the Program for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
Once you become a member, you’ll be able to change your email address if/when needed.
Please be assured that Roomongo does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and Roomongo does not 'spam' its members. Additionally, Roomongo does not install, or require you to install, software on your computer.
By signing up as a member, you’re immediately granted Gold status. Tier basics are as follows:

Booking Your Hotel & Completing Your Stay
You earn rewards under this Program by booking your hotel with Roomongo, paying for the entire reservation, and completing your stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, we cannot provide Rewards for bookings that are cancelled or not completed for any reason. Additionally, only online bookings made directly through the websites listed above in the “Quick Summary” section are eligible for this Program. Cash Back & Details
Roomongo receives a commission for completed online hotel bookings, and uses that commission to pay members with Cash Back rewards for your completed hotel stays. It’s a great way to save additional money when booking your next hotel! You can view your Rewards status by visiting the Roomongo website, signing in, and clicking on the “My Reservations” page.
Cash Back Calculations
As a member, you earn Cash Back at the rate associated with your current membership status. It’s very simple -- the appropriate member level Cash Back percentage is multiplied against the net amount (see "Definitions" below) and then paid back to the member as Cash Back.
Payment Account Information
To receive a payment of accrued Cash Back and any other Rewards, you must establish and maintain an active membership account ("Active Account") with Roomongo with the information necessary to process your payment: a valid email address, a valid postal address and, if you choose the PayPal option, a valid PayPal email address. You must keep this information updated in order to receive payments. It is not the responsibility of Roomongo if a payment is sent to an incorrect address based on outdated account information.
Currently, the available methods of sending cash payments are limited to PayPal and checks via postal mail (more coming soon).
Net Amount: The net amount equals the total room charges amount paid to Roomongo. It excludes taxes, fees, hotel resort fees, and also any amounts paid to the hotel for meals, upgrades, and other hotel fees.
Completed Stay: When you’ve paid the entire amount owed and stayed at the hotel.
Receiving Communications from Roomongo
By signing up for membership with Roomongo, you agree to receive emails that are account and membership related, as well as periodic marketing emails. You can opt out of receiving marketing emails by visiting your account page and updating your subscription preferences. You cannot, however, opt out of receiving account and membership related emails that are needed to properly operate the Program (but rest assured, we keep them to a minimum). If you do not wish to hear from Roomongo, please close your account by contacting Roomongo customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Credit Card Information
We do not store your credit card information and we are fully PCI compliant. We know it’s easier to make a reservation if the credit card information is kept on file, but we would rather err on the side of caution and not store the data. We apologize for the resulting inconvenience of an extra step in the booking process.
Updating & Maintaining Your Account
You must be logged into Roomongo and provide your password to change your account information and payment preferences. You can check your account status and recent earnings history at any time via the Roomongo website. For security purposes, it is recommended that you memorize your password and not write it down. You are responsible for keeping your password and other account information confidential. Roomongo is entitled to act on instructions received under your password and is not responsible for any credits or debits made to your account by someone else who uses your password.
It is your responsibility to check your account regularly to ensure that Cash Back has been properly credited and paid, and that your account balance is accurate. If you do not believe that Cash Back has been correctly credited to your account you must contact Roomongo Customer Service (email@example.com) within 90 days of the completed hotel stay. Should you disagree with any adjustments made to your account or payments made to you, your sole remedy is to withdraw from the Program.
Please do not contact our telephone customer service for anything related to the Rewards Program. Always use our customer service email.
Termination of Service
Roomongo reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue offering the Program at its sole discretion. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Program at any time, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cease using the Program and/or provide member comments to Rooomongo (firstname.lastname@example.org). You agree that Roomongo will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Program.
All completed hotel bookings can have only ONE member account. The person booking the account is the person or company who shall receive the Cash Back reward. At this time, we have no split options, and there will never be double commissions paid. We do not allow the transfer of benefits.
Roomongo periodically offers monetary bonuses, Rewards Program member status upgrade offers, and other incentives for specific actions. The terms and conditions accompanying such offers will govern how they are earned and paid if the terms and conditions differ from this Agreement.
There are times when affiliates of Roomongo offer Cash Back rewards or incentives; please see the terms and conditions outlined by the affiliate site as to whether you are eligible to also receive benefits from the Roomongo Cash Back Program.
You may be taxed on your receipt of cash and other considerations (merchandise, travel, etc.), depending on the tax laws of federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Roomongo may choose to provide you with those notices on occasion. In all instances, you will be solely responsible for any and all tax liability arising out of the membership consideration received. Please seek the counsel of a Certified Public Accountant, or your local, state, or federal tax authorities if you have any questions.
Additional Disclaimers & Disputes
Members agree to indemnify and hold Roomongo, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, contractors, partners, directors, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any party due to or arising out of member use of the Program.
Roomongo may modify this Agreement from time to time, with or without notice, and your continued participation in the Program after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. It is your responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions page of the Roomongo Web site regularly to determine whether this Agreement has been modified. If you do not agree to any modification of this Agreement, you must immediately cease participation in the Program.
Roomongo makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind concerning the Program. The Program is void where prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations. The terms and conditions of this Program are subject to change as may be necessary to comply with such laws or regulations. By participating in the Program, you release Roomongo and its affiliates and partners from all claims or liability regarding your participation in the Program, including but not limited to any claims related to the earning and redemption of Cash Back rewards. Roomongo suppliers, partners, and advertisers are in no way affiliated with or responsible for the Roomongo Rewards Program, and you agree not to hold them responsible in any way for issues that may arise.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without reference to conflicts of law rules. If an issue arises, you agree to give Roomongo an opportunity to resolve any disputes or claims relating in any way to the Program, by contacting email@example.com or via postal mail sent to Roomongo Legal Department, Arbitration Claim Manager,” at 1434 Spruce Street Boulder, CO 80302. If we are unable to resolve your claims within 60 days, you may seek relief through arbitration or in small claims court, as set forth below. Any and all claims will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except you may assert claims on an individual basis in small claims court if they qualify.
